Salma regularly assists local and international companies in all their operations of creation, mergers and acquisitions, creation of joint-ventures, assets acquisitions, takeover or transfer of control.
She also advises clients on their various tax, contractual, commercial and intellectual property issues. In particular, she has developed a know-how in pre-litigation in order to help clients find amicable solutions to their disputes by assisting them in the negotiations to be conducted and the strategies to be adopted in preparation for possible future litigation.
