
Khadija Zoulali is a consulting lawyer working with Afrique Advisors, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and competition law.
As a member of the Casablanca Bar, Khadija has worked on significant transactions involving major national and international clients, particularly in the private equity sector, where she has supported investors and funds in structuring and executing their investments in Morocco. Her experience in leading international law firms has equipped her with a deep understanding of both the Moroccan and international business environments.
She advises leading domestic and international clients on a wide range of transactions, including mergers & acquisitions private equity, joint ventures and corporate restructurings.
With a background in top-tier international law firms, Khadija has played a key role in advising major corporations, private equity funds, and institutional investors on their projects in Morocco and abroad. Admitted to the Casablanca Bar, Khadija holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from Mohammed V University, Souissi, Rabat.
