Soufiane has been a trainee lawyer at the Casablanca Bar since January 2024.
He has a strong academic background in international law and significant experience in legal advisory and litigation, gained both in France and Morocco.
Drawing on his expertise, Soufiane advises and assists companies and individuals on a wide range of business law matters, including contract law, corporate law, and international arbitration.
He is currently pursuing a PhD in this field at Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University, further developing his expertise in cross-border dispute resolution and the management of international litigation.
His commitment and diligence make him a valuable asset for any mission requiring reliable and high-level legal support.
Soufiane holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) in International Business Law from Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University, a Bachelor’s degree in Private Law from Lumière Lyon 2 University, and three university diplomas: one in International Legal Studies from Lumière Lyon 2 University and two diplomas in English Law and American Law from Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University.
