Sarah has proven expertise in business law and regulatory matters, enhanced by significant experience with renowned law firms in France and Morocco, as well as with financial regulatory institutions such as the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF).
Sarah is also specialized in Regulatory and Corporate. She assists both national and international clients with the regulatory and corporate aspects of their operations, whether in the context of M&A transactions or specific projects. She primarily advises on regulatory matters, ensuring strict compliance with local and international legal frameworks.
Sarah assists her clients in managing tax, contractual, commercial, insurance, and energy-related matters, as well as issues concerning the regulations of the Moroccan Foreign Exchange Office. She also supports them on strategic matters related to the regulation of economic sectors.
Before joining Afrique Advisors, Sarah worked for two years in Casablanca in a well-known international law firm and for three years in Paris with a co-regulatory body alongside the Financial Markets Authority.
