His practice focuses on corporate law, commercial law, contract law, labour law, and regulatory advisory. He assists companies in establishing a secure legal framework, drafting and negotiating contracts, organizing governance, and ensuring compliance with the applicable Moroccan legal and regulatory environment.
Mehdi has significant experience supporting foreign investors and international companies in their establishment in Morocco. He advises on the choice of company structures and the incorporation process, shareholders’ arrangements, corporate governance, and the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements. He also assists clients with employment documentation and ensures compliance with sector-specific regulatory requirements.

Mehdi holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from the International University of Rabat. He is fluent in French and English and advises clients in both domestic and cross-border contexts.
