Kenza is an associate at Afrique Advisors, where she advises on legal and regulatory matters involving international law, investment arbitration, competition law, and environmental law. Her practice combines international arbitration, regulatory strategy, and State advisory work, with a particular focus on assisting Moroccan entities in investment arbitration proceedings, including ICSID-related matters, and advising multinational companies on complex regulatory issues in Morocco.

She also supports States and public institutions in the drafting of legislative and regulatory frameworks, including reforms aligned with international standards and best practices. Her experience further extends to competition law, with a particular focus on anti-competitive practices in Morocco and regulatory compliance. She also advises on environmental and sustainability-related matters, including carbon credits, climate-related regulatory frameworks, and State advisory work in connection with environmental policy and international cooperation.

Deeply involved in diplomacy and institutional coordination, she has developed cross-disciplinary and versatile skills. Her legal expertise blends with her commitment to the diplomatic community, lending a strategic dimension to her profile. 

Her professional experience, notably at the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs in Paris and at the Moroccan Representation to the United Nations agencies in Rome, has consolidated her background in international law, diplomacy, and institutional affairs.

Kenza holds a Master 1 in International and European Law, and a Master 2 in International Administration and Law of International Organizations from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. She completed her studies with a second Master 2 in Geopolitics at the École Normale Supérieure and Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, with expertise covering the legal analysis of territorial and maritime conflicts.

Kenza is fluent in French, Arabic, English and Spanish.
