Donatien Michel is an associate at Afrique Advisors with more than four years of experience in mergers & acquisitions and more generally in corporate, commercial and financial law.
He is involved in corporate transactions in all manner of M&A, including private M&A and private equity deals, sales and joint ventures.
Donatien is at ease navigating both domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as private equity and venture capital matters, on behalf of multinational clients, including industrials, investment funds, investment banks, entrepreneurs from all sectors, listed and non-listed companies, and distressed companies.
Prior to joining Afrique Advisors, Donatien acquired experience in M&A and private equity departments of several high-profile law firms in Paris and Casablanca.
Donatien has a Master's degree in banking and financial law from University Paris II, Panthéon-Assas, as well as a Master's degree in business law from University Aix-Marseille III.
