Meryem has acquired significant experience in business law through her professional experiences in well-known French and Moroccan law firms.
She regularly assists local and international companies in all their operations of creation, mergers and acquisitions, creation of joint-ventures, assets acquisitions, takeover or transfer of control.
Meryem also advises clients on their various tax, contractual, commercial and intellectual property issues. In particular, she has developed a know-how in pre-litigation in order to help clients find amicable solutions to their disputes by assisting them in the negotiations to be conducted and the strategies to be adopted in preparation for possible future litigation.
Meryem's professional background has allowed her to develop a multidisciplinary practice, in particlar, in private equity transactions, advising institutional and private investors in the context of their equity participations in private equity funds.
Trained in business law in France, Meryem received a Master's degree in business law from the University Jean Moulin Lyon III and a Master 2 Research in Business Law at the University of Toulouse I Capitole.
