Amine is Of Counsel - Head of Financial Advisory department at Afrique Advisors.
Amine is involved in consulting and supporting companies, in particular legal departments, and general management, in identifying and responding to all their needs related to governance, administrative and financial management.
Prior joining Join Afrique Advisors, Amine worked as a Manager in the Consulting division of Ernst & Young in Paris from 2004 to 2008. During his experience at Ernst & Young, and mainly on behalf of financial and banking institutions, Amine participated in several financial statutory auditing missions, fraud investigation assignments, consulting missions for implementation of accounting and financial information systems and analysis of financial statements in due diligence processes. In 2009, Amine co-founded with a leading German renewable energy project developer Altus AG, a wind energy project development company based in Dakhla, where he was managing partner from 2009 to 2016. Amine then held the position of Chief Financial officer of the branch based in Rabat of an American investment fund and its subsidiaries, including a hydroelectric projects development company. Since 2018, Amine is very active in legal and financial consulting for several American and European companies.
During his eighteen years of professional experience, he has managed the legal, administrative and financial activities of several companies, some of which he has structured since their creation. His solid skills in corporate law, business law, accounting and financial control enable him to work on a wide range of assignments where dual legal and financial expertise is required.
Amine received Diploma in Chartered Accountancy of Paris Academy, Master's Degree in Financial Audit from the Nice Higher Business School and Diploma of the Normal Cycle of the Higher Institute of Commerce and Business Administration, ISCAE Casablanca.
